Adult Home Care
Community Care has been caring for the elderly in the home in the community for over 25 years. We take the time for our RN's to assess the needs of you or your loved ones' needs and required health care. Our patients' comfort is very important to us. We like to maintain the quality of life in home with the most suitable fit. We offer numerous services for our clients and are accepting clients in Washington, Westmoreland, Fayette, and Greene County. Pediatric Home Health
Community Care is the only locally owned pediatric home health care company serving Western Pennsylvania. Our services reach out from the rolling land of the rural countryside to the busy streets of the Pittsburgh suburbs. Our Pediatric case managers work individually with you and your child's physician to create a care plan that suits your child's individual needs. They also take special care when selecting the nurses and/or aides that will be caring for your child. Finding the right fit between caregiver, patient, and family is as important as the care itself.
